Siegler, ASA, FRICS, an internationally recognized appraisal expert witness has been awarded the much-coveted Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Expert Witness Accreditation Service (EWAS) certification. Mr. Siegler is a Fellow, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and he is the only RICS accredited expert witness in the Americas and one of only a handful of such expert witnesses in the world holding the RICS Expert Witness Accreditation Service (EWAS) certification.
