Equity Development Systems, Ltd., Investment Banking Group Handles Sale of Southwest Engineers to Global Electronics Giant Emerson Electric

Emerson Electric Co., the global manufacturing and technology giant, has acquired Southwest Engineers of Louisiana, Inc. (SWE) Equity Development Systems, Ltd. (EDS) Investment Banking and M&A Advisory Group acted as transactional advisor to Southwest Engineers. Steven N. Siegler, Managing Director of EDS’ Investment Banking group led EDS’ team of transactional advisors, lawyers, and accountants in handling the sale of SWE to Emerson.
